19 Seether albums
Seether is playing style a post-granzh group of Southern Africa. Initially the group was called Saron Gas, but in 2002 they have replaced the name. This date has coincided with an exit of their second album, Disclaimer.
Group creation, albums Fragile and Disclaimer (19992002)
Group Saron Gas was formed in Johannesburg, Southern Africa. Group debuts have passed on parties, night clubs and in universities, such as University of Cape Town (University of Cape Town) and Stellenboshsky university (University of Stellenbosch) where they played during a lunch break in center Neelsie university territory even in the summer of 2001.
As Saron gas, group has let out the first album Fragile on Musketeer Records in 2000 in Southern Africa. Label Wind-Up Records to which liked is melodious-heavy style of group has become interested in group, and at once has suggested to sign the contract. The group has changed the name to avoid mess with killing gas (sarin gas) which was used in German army during the Second World War. The group has changed the name on Seether in honor of song Veruca Salt «Seether».
The first outstanding success, album Disclaimer II (2002-2004)
After an exit of album Disclaimer, the group has gone to concert round for increase of recognition of a brand and increase in sales. After round end, the group planned to go to studio and to write down the second album. However, instead, they have gone to world tour in support of Evanescence that has postponed plans of a recording of the album almost year. On this round, Whether the group has copied an acoustic ballad «Broken» in an electric ballad to Emi and Sean on a vocal. The duet inspired by positive reaction, Whether the group has gone to studio and the group quickly writes down an alternative variant «Broken» with Emi on a vocal.
