Lady Antebellum were formed in 2006 in Nashville. In group three participants:Charles Kelley, Hillary Scott (leading vocalists) and Dave Haywood (the guitarist and the back-vocalist). Hillari Scott the daughter of the country-musician of 90 Lindas Dejvis. Charles Kelly - the brother of popular musician Josh Kelly. Charles Kelly has moved to Nashville in the summer of 2005 from Winston-Salem, Northern Carolina where it worked on building with the brother John. Charles has convinced the old friend Hejvuda to move to Nashville from Georgia in 2006 They have started to write music together. Soon after that, Kelly has met Scott in Nashville musical club. Kelly has invited Scott to join it and Heyvud in the new project which became subsequently country-group Lady Antebellum.

The group has started to act in Nashville. Jim Brickman has invited group to sing on its new «Never Alone». The song has reached 14 places in charts of adult modern music of magazine Billbord («Billboard Adult Contemporary Charts»).
