15 Chevelle albums
Chevelle, the alternative group formed in Chicago, the State of Illinois, in 1994 and initially consisting of 3 brothers - Pita (a vocal, a guitar), Joe (bass guitar) and Sam (shock) Loflerov. In July, 2005 Joe has left group, and on its place Din Bernardini has come.
Despite gravity of music, Chevelle never openly ranked as metal. In general, style of their music compare to style A Perfect Circle, generally thanks to similarity of a vocal of Pita Loflera and Mejnarda James Kinana more often.
At present (first half of 2010), Chevelle have let out 5 studio albums and one live album.
Debut album Point #1 was issued on May, 4th, 1999, and was produced the Steve Albini before working with such grandees as Nirvana, Pixies and Bush. During tour in support of an album, Chevelle have acted with such collectives as Powerman 5000, Static-X, Sevendust.
The second album of group, Wonder Whats Next, has been let out on October, 8th, 2002 on label Epic, belonging Sony Music. This album could deduce group in a mainstream. Track Red a smog in short terms reaches 5th place of chart Billboard, and after 2 months after an exit the album has reached the platinum status has dispersed in circulation only in territory of the USA in number of one million spears.
Group have invited to participate at legendary festival OzzFest, and following the results of 2003 the group has won back more than 500 concerts.
